A little help finding balance.

Progress and coins

Progress is stored on your device. Reinstalling or clearing app data may erase it, and there is no cloud account for restoring progress. A level awards one coin on its first three-star completion. The reward is shown before each optional ad: five coins, or, in versions with rewarded undo, one recovery of your last drop after a fall. Rewarded undo is available once per run when the board can be restored and does not spend coins or power charges.

An ad is unavailable

Check your connection and try again later. Availability varies by region, consent choices, and advertising demand. Closing an ad before earning its reward does not grant the reward. You can keep playing without watching ads.

Sound and music

Open the gear on the main menu to adjust music and sound effects independently. Check the game sliders and device volume if you cannot hear audio.

Privacy

Read the Balance privacy policy. For requests about gameplay analytics, include the Analytics installation ID from Settings in your email.
